Fantasy piece?

Article about: Hi gunny i am off to Krakow in june and now know what to avoid, someone has mentioned some decent antique shops to visit though do you know of any?.

    Seen this not sure if genuine or not, looks to good to be true any ideas?

    Hello,

    Although not in my area of interest I believe it is a fantasy piece. I would expect a silver content mark and not a waffenamt and RZM mark. Terrible solder job on the eagle.

    Hi there, have seen a lot of hese coingout of Poland, tend to agree with Fred, originals would hve been of superb quality in that era.

    Marking make me believe that this is fantasy a large amount of german personal items like this are usually not marked like this, and also as the mentioned the sauntering job

    Thanks, i did not buy it, the item is listed on ebay with a few other dodgy looking pieces thanks for your help folks.

    I think you hit the nail on the head when you said Poland, these things were for sale at a few Krakow flea markets when i last visited in June 2012, they also had beer steins with the same eagle!..
    It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.
