    Hello all,

    Just wanted to share this one with you. What's the rough translation on the top, can anyone help me understand the phrase?

    "höchstes glück des soldaten ist die tat"

    Maybe a better translation is:
    The Soldiers greatest happiness is his Action

    on the reverse the top writing looks German but the second line looks like it says "Made in France" in English.
