German Plaque

Can any one give me any info on this plaque?
Thanks. Seller states it has a KS in a circle and a SCHULLING proof marks. Also it's 16"x24" and says "one for all, All for Every"

This is not in my field, but i suggest that if the seller says that it has Schulling and a KS proofmark, tell him to show you close ups of those marks.

On the other hand, i haven't seen something like this before..
