You need underside of base and up into neck area.
The bust looks to be a good bronze brennlack finished zinc piece by Hedwig Maria Ley. There maybe a foundry mark on the smaller part of the pedestal that says WMF Gesunden Str.
The dedication appears to be giving thanks to a RAD company in work district 20 (Westphalia South/Dortmund) dated March '38.
All in all a very well conditioned piece imo.
