What German army??? The photo is very poor but I would say it's bad. The intimation that it is a rare piece, only one of ten anywhere is a typical ploy of the people hawking these things. Did it come in that crappy frame?

If it's Real, I highly doubt the silly story on the back of the frame, but rather would think it's simply a wall ornament of the time worth, maybe $100 bucks-IF it's real. But, because of the BS they saw fit to include with it, I would pretty much doubt the whole thing and pass on it in an case. One lie equals How many more?

Hi Fireshadowdr. Welcome to the Forum.
Could you remove it from the Riker case and show some photos
of the front and back ? I'm not confident however, that it is
a historic item - likely a fantasy piece, as mentioned.
We need good, high quality close-up shots from
a digital camera to say for sure.........
Regards,
Steve.
