ello gents , got an offer for this, seems to have been ripped off of something at one point,, dent in the head. abit shabby but a neat display piece.
i would like to know if i can get help with authentication and exactly what it says on the front of it... and what it may have came from.

any information will be useful and greatly appreciated

Looks like a good period "Pot Metal" bust with bronze overlay - probably was attached to a marble base at one time.

thank you @ stug and horst, i am not too knowledgeable about these items but it looked period authentic to me.
i would like to start to get onto this field, but that requires more $$$$
