Original yes, But Not A "Butter" knife! Standard table knife as in knife, fork u. spoon.
The butter knife was a totally different looking item. I think I have one.

Great knife but I think the marking is FLUV rather tha F.I.U.V which stands for Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung (German: Flight Barracks Administration).
