Luftwaffe cufflink, did these even exist?

Hello guys, found this single luftwaffe cufflink on a auctionsite, did like these exist or just a fantasy piece?

Quality seems to be pretty good, so maybe just a privatly made item? Material seems to be silver and it is the old fashioned enamel sou it is not too easy to fake such item today.

Nice one!
Of course this cufflinks are period - there are differnt colours of the enamel for this pattern too. This red here is for FLAK.
Here a quick shot of 2 very close rings with yellow enamel for the flying personnel.
