Luftwaffe desk ornament/paperweight?

No ideas on this one. Marble base is chipped in one corner. Any thoughts please?

I see that is "For Sale" on GDC - Guess it must be O.K as they would have been on top of it if it wasent.

Any idea on value? This is for sale with what I believe is a NSFK pennant I have also posted. He is asking $350 for the pair. I cannot see a price for the 2 sold NSFK pennants on The Collectors Guild for comparison, although they look slightly different anyway.
