Luftwaffe Legion Condor plaque?

I have been offered this plaque. Detail looks fine, but it has had a rough life - or maybe damaged during removal. Any thoughts please? Size 6-1/4 x 8 inches.

Better pics, and makers name. Something similar/same maker on Germania Intl.

These plaques usually sell for around 300-350 euro although in better condition, had a quick search online but they all seem to be the Flak Gun version. Also the artist is Otto B.Löbig Cartagena, Germania International have made a mistake with the name I Believe. The version your showing does look nice though, put it in a nice dark wood frame and you wont notice the damage.

At E120/$150 I think I will get it. Mounting suggestion appreciated - down to the wood store next week!
