I've got the opportunity to buy this for $275-$300. 155cm long x 35cm wide, gilt trimmed wall or podium banner.
Any ideas on this, please? I've seen lots of plain ones for sale but not one like this. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I cannot give you a specific usage for this banner, but I like the overall look of it. Price sounds "ok".
