    Default Olympian Runner w/ Torch Statue from Nazi Germany Era(?)

    This statue is 15" tall and made of some type of metal. There is an inscription with artist name on back of the base. "Alva S. Eyllanbekov 96".

    Does the "96" part actually mean this is a reproduction made in 1996 or is it something else?

    Any idea on value?

    It is not Third Reich but is modern.

    The modern haircut and style of shorts alone would put me off. It reminds me of the white porcelain figures I see on ebay which I believe are late '70's origin and East German.
