Organization Todt wall plaque...opinions

Hi all..i'd like your opinion on this wall plaque. It's described as brass made ,5,1 kg of weight and 50x40 cm ...may be period made ,common or scarce?? I've already asked a pic of the back

Its too clean, I would ask for close ups of the lettering but not liking this piece.
