    Just seen this on our local gumtree forsale website. Asking price is $1000 aud.
    Description is as follows....

    "My favourite piece. This would have been the door push plaque of a very high ranking German establishment during WW2. Hitler himself may have even touched it.
    It is stamped by the maker in Berlin. It is very lightweight solid brass & has four holes in the corners to be plced on the door.The condition is perfect & the discolouration shows that it is from the WW2 era"

    They have been discussed here before and turned out to be late IV Reich junk!

    Kris is correct, these are British made fakes from the 1970's.

    The seller must be an expert on patina, he claims to be able to identify WW2 patina!
