    With that one it's easy.......Check out the tape around the bottom of the bottle.......

    This is a good example of the type of arts & crafts-projects that the Hitler Youth would produce during their "Heim-abend" meetings...Toys were produced for Christmas, along with other small items for the WHW...
    I like it, cool piece...
