Can anyone tell a little bit more about this item? It looks original to me and I have found that similar item was sold on Hermann Historica some years ago. As I understand it is made as a commemorative item somewhere after 1941 to the members who took part in Russian campaign - Zur Erinnerung an den Einsatz gegen Russland 1941. So I belive not very many were made. I also need help with the maker mark.

I cannot find any info on this unit , with that number i would expect that it was a Korps or Armee level unit but the SS didn't have that level of command in 1941.

Maybe SS does not mean Waffen SS but something else?

As KPM Porzellan Factory was in the East side after 1945 it is hard to belive they produced any "nazi" items.

The only independant SS Arty units i have seen are numbered in the five hundreds !! This looks to be post war and maybe not correct re the unit details !
