Standing man in toga w/ leaves in hand. Bronze(?)/metal - Good condition (minor scratching on arm). Inscribed with "Dem Sieger" (translated "The Winner") on top of base. "HB" in circle on bottom.

Any idea what this is + value?

This is the item I described in the other thread where it seems like the circled HB inscription is common.
