thanks steve ,it should be here tommorow at 3;00 or before as he sent it next day..i will post if it does..thanks again!
you know there are two different eagles on the state service flag and this is the nicest eagle as i had the other kind and this one is stiched on like a big patch ..i dont know if one eagle was earlyer then the other or i guess just different makers like everything..?
well its here and i just love it i had betty take pictures of me trying to hold it as the eagle alone is 4 feet long by 2 and a half feet long...i may be only able to fram the eagle as i did not relize how big this flag was,,.well its in very nice condition only haveing a few small holes here and there and a little staining in the white on the eagle but both big hook are still on it and i just love it!!!
Now that is a great looking flag

thanks Alan as i got this and the 1918 knuckle knife all in the last couple of hours in the mail on a trade.the flag i want to injoy it to look at all the time but i think its more realistic if i just framed the eagle and the reast will have to be folded up..its just biger then my walls as i live in a ranch house....thanks again Alan and how have you been?
I`ve been very busy with work lately but i`m good and thanks for asking i think your right about folding the flag to fit it into a reasonably sized frame , and then maybe you could take it out every now and then and see it in it`s full glory . I`d really like to see the knife also if possible
