Supposed German POW drawing... need help translating the reverse.

Hey guys. .. here is a supposed German POW drawing/sketch believed to be depicting the battle of France. Nicely done in pastels/chalk, Are 2 Stukas bombing a city. There is a fairly large paragraph written in German on the reverse. There is no date. .. or signature. The paper is old paper and does not glow. It measures 9" x 12". Any help with translation would be great. Thanks!

"The famous Junkers-Sturzkampfbomber [= dive bombers] (Stuka) during the attack on the bunkers of the Maginot Line. On the suggestion of General von Manstein, the strategic conception of the French Campaign was based on the famous "Sichelschnitt" [= sickle cut]; the main push was directed via Sedan against the mouth of the Somme, by which the opponents were separated. At Dunkirk, it was managed to encircle the British forces. Yet they were not beaten. They were able to escape to the island."
