Unique Pin or Junk?

Hi! I'm new to the site and collecting in general. I picked this up today for $20 dollars. I was wondering if it was worth anything / has any collectible significants. Any info would be great and even If it's a fake it makes a real nice paper weight, Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the Forum. This is a fantasy piece IMO,
so 'No' and 'No' to your questions. Never seen anything
like it, and it is lacking in quality.........

The copper rivets look to be added as an afterthought & are not mounted straight. Could this
be a fantasy design incorporating a swastika & the Japanese rising sun? I'd have to agree with
Steve on this one.
