JERSEY 34
I have had this eagle for just over 30 years and came from the same old British Major from whom I bought a great deal of items from the Reichskanzlei. I don't for one minute think this came from there but it was amongst all of the items I got from him.
I was in my museum this morning and changing a few display cabinets around and thought I'd get a few shots of this bird whilst I could get at it. I knew it had an oval makers stamp on the reverse but had totally forgotten there were 3 of them.
You may also notice the background to the eagle is in fact the tiled floor of my German bunker. The crew room still has all of the original floor tiles in place.
Anyway hope you like my eagle.
All the best from Jersey

Hi
I do like your wall eagle. It sure looks great on any "war room". You're very lucky to have a bird like this one. Congrats and thanks for posting it

Re: Wall eagle.
Hi,
Its in my museum and not here at home so I cannot be exact, I would say roughly the wing tip to wing tip is about 30 cm. If you want accurate measurements I will have to do it next time i go into the museum.
