Wrestling Statue - inscribed "Austin Prod" - Metal/bronze?

Two Men Wrestling Statue - Inscribed with "Austin Prod Inc 1969 ©" Metal (bronze?) - good condition except for small break by fingers + white spots on base. 10" tall

Any idea what this is? It was amongst the rest of the WWII era items but I'm not quite sure this has anything to do with Germany. If not, is there a better forum to post these mystery pieces on?

As you have guessed, this is American made from 1969. Austin Products Inc made statues etc from 1952 from what I have read.
