    I think that im in the right place for this one. I was looking on ebay the other day and found these Coins, I wanted to know whether they are authentic or not.

    True, these are all original, but they are also circulated coins of low denomination
    and NOT worth $25.00, IMO.

    A coin store will be the best bet for the 'cent' variety of German coinage, and will
    probably only charge .50 to $1.00 for 1, 2, 5 and 10 Pfennig coins. Besides
    being circulated, these were made of brass and copper pre-war, then zinc
    during WWII. You may also find 50 Pfennig aluminum coins
    for slightly more.

    The operators of coin stores usually dump this type into a large, mixed box of
    international coins because they are considered junk - ie; not mint condition
    and not made of 'precious metal'.

    2 and 5 Mark silver types are better value for the money.................!
