WWI & WWII Watch FOB,s

Two watch Fobs one WWI , front reflecting a Eagle at rest the back reads "Hilfe fur Kriegsgefangane Deutsche 1915"" ( Help the German POW,s 1915) attached is a period pocket watch with a shock case. The second FOB is WWII , front reflects Paris ,France and reads "Paris 1941", the reverse reads "Andenken an die Besetzung 1941"(Remembrance of the Occupation 1941) also has a plate with the Black,White,Red colors.

Nice fobs Horst. I'm confused by the WWII fob. So was that bought by German soldiers who had served in Paris and transfered somewhere else? Hence for a soldier to remember their time Paris. Why would they limit it to just 1941? Alot of questions I know, I'll stop now.
