I guess it's a M35, and like John said, for sure it's a Polizei helmet.
About the value... hope I'm not wrong when I say it can easly go above 500 euro.

Re: German Helmet You are correct in saying more than 500 Euro. I would expect this one to fetch around $1000.

Re: German Helmet Ade you are correct, I believe the going rate for something as "nice" as that would be around £850 in the UK, more in the states, If it was a boarded decal, it would be more (SS Police Einsatzgruppen)by Adrian Stevenson
