    Picked up some military finds this month: WWII overseas cap and a letter from a soldier in the 403rd Battery, oh, and a lot of silver (and I put the two brooches from the last trip in this picture, whoops!).

    They are sterling cufflinks from Siam, hefty as well!

    Forgot to post my December pickups, a lot of silver! The three ikes are clad, paid a dollar for them, two dollar profit there, lol. Most of the coins on the bottom are not silver either, just happened to be in the lots I bought.

    Default More British Medals!

    Went to a local show and got a lot more medals, the first pickup was a nice WWII RAF grouping that I picked up for 100 dollars

    Then I got a WWI medal from a Royal Artillery Gunner and a WWII South African medal set, would anyone know a good resource for researching South African medals?

    Nice groupings. The yellow Sergeant stripes are US
    - late 50's/Vietnam era, IMO.........

    Yep, been wondering about it, I know the lot was gotten at an auction originally, so maybe it was put in by accident. Everything that is paper has his name on it and the medals match up, so I do not know why they are there
