Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
House Carles at the Battle of Hastings
nice find ! and Welcome !
Hi, The knife looks uncannily like an English Fish Knife... I would be able to confirm this if I could see the hallmarks more clearly it could be silver plate or indeed silver, but seeing the hallmarks would really help.
I'd agree, its not trench art, its a standard british fish knife.
I like K98k grenade launchers and etc!
