I brought this baby's gasmask yestruday at auction for £20

Very nice, John. It's a shame this was needed, but just shows that war does not discriminate.

On the show "Pawn Stars", an individual brought in the same item and was looking to get $5000 for it. I wondered what the actual value was as this amount seemed extremely high and now see it is WELL below that.

I did a display for a school last year and i borrowed one of these and the kids loved it, popped a doll in it for display, i then saw one on ebay which i managed to win for approx £7 the guy even delivered it but seen them since go for quite big bucks , yours looks a nice one rgds Dave

Did it come with a box? i've herd the boxes for them are extremely rare

As much as i'd like one i don't think i can afford one at the moment as im just about to pay for my 2 week holiday to Lanzarotte.
