    My guess is that it's a water valve handle, But why it has a swastika is beyond me. I really doubt that it's a TR item and the answer to your question is probably going to be pretty mundane. It's an interesting mystery item. Dwight

    probably a valve or plumbing part manufactured by Crane Valve Co. in the 20s or 30s if it's american. where was it found?

    Definitely not Nazi probably as stated earlier 20 American before ww2 the swastika was used as a good luck sign in the us native Americans

    I have seen multiple porcelain valves with swastikas on them. Definitely not Third Reich.
