Car boot find; Belgian Mauser

Picked this up last sunday; turns out to be a Belgian Mauser.
No clue if it is ww1 or ww2, and the guy who sold it couldn't tell me anything about it except that it was found a while ago in ahed.
Stock has a bit damage to the wood, but overal it's in working condition and complete.
I put it up for sale on another site, see if I can make a profit on it as I'm saving up for a M36 Feldbluse.
