Well Joe, for a luft something helmet, I'd mulch the stuff by hand and deliver it on a pair of roller skates if he wanted me to, just another day in the life of GIZMO8Z lol

The customer called our office right as I was locking up today. He said he is not sure when he will be in tomorrow... but he promised he would be in and that the helmet is waiting for me in the truck. He confirmed it's a Luftschutz, but he said the liner was in rough shape. He said: "On the forehead it's got wings, and the word Luftyshootz, and it's got that there swat-sticker!"

I will keep you gents informed!

i MULCHED HIM! 2 YARDS AT $24 = $51.90 after tax.

Congrats! I hope to acquire a nice beaded Luftschutz helmet myself at some point, I think they're great helmets. Still in awe at your luck!

Mission accomplished! The gentleman literally turned up at the last second before we closed. I also found out that the guy is the father of a kid I went to high school with!

Thanks, I bought the paracord wristband at a local gun shop... you never know when I'll need it to tie up some crazy students or to wrangle some garbage!
