Love the paper flags.
Does the ring have any engravings on the inside.
I know that this basic design was used for quite some time.
They can be purchased to show your Pride of service upon graduation from Boot camp.

Hi Phil no makers mark its to worn out. This one is made of a silver metal . It's kinda cheap to tell you the truth . Gary
