Gift from a neighbor

I got a call from my neighbor who said she had some war stuff for me. So being the collector and good neighbor I ran right over like a little school boy. She told me the items came from her brother and brother in-law. The Army Air corps are her brothers she told me he flew the hump. The other items came from he brother in-law.

What I think is very cool about this grouping is the German made US items and the AAAO pin from the 39 th . Gary

I like the Apostleship Of Prayer medallion. The former owner had to re-do the edge lacing on it, as they would frequently unravel from carrying them in your pocket for too long. I still carry one in my wallet and had to do the same thing many years ago to it! Funny...years ago, guys used to all carry a condom in their wallets....now, I carry one of These! Go figure....lol

Rich A. she is the best. A few years back she gave me her husbands WWII photos and a couple weeks back she gave me an other photo album that belonged to one of her brothers.
