Article about: I have this old holster, it looks like its from WW2 from the make, color and age of leather. The only marking on it is A32

    Hello,

    I am not a gun guy but I would say it is a civilian (or perhaps Police) holster for a small pistol.

    It doesn't appear to align with any military period WWII design I have seen and the belt 'loops' (at about 4cm judging by the pic) are quite narrow when compared to most military belts of the era.

    Hopefully someone else can clarify for you.

    Maybe just me, but the holster part looks to have been added and maybe not original to the rest. The color looks different and stitching looks a bit crude. And then the obvious issue of the magazine holder being missing.
