ID HELP. German MG Leather Mag Pouch?

Found this in an old farmhouse hanging up, it's too small for Bren mags but is curved in a similar way.

Any help would be great!

i think ive heard something about that the germans took the most of the guns of the danish army in 1940.

I am not an expert, but there is a Danish site with good reputation stating this to be a Madsen magasine pouch - and it looks a bit like yours DK-arms » Hylster/Tasker » Tasker » Magasintaske til Madsen MG

So it could be from one of the guns the Danish army gave up when the Germans took over the country. Llooks in good shape.... !
