Welcome!!! It kinda reminds me of the Soviet ammo bags but this is not that! Does this one have any markings, letters, symbols on it? Try looking inside!

now i see it and this is most likely a civil pouch mabye for hiking but for sure old !! i see no military connection bu i could be wrong !

.Yes there is one stamp inside.But the extant of stamp is bad and its impossible to understand of markings.
