tank view port part, and a ship part? pics inside

ok, trying to figure out these two items..

first is a part of a tank I am told. It APPEARS to be possible a driver view port, or something similar. Is it indeed a tank part, if so, from what tank?

second item is a brass tube piece that was supposidly used for shipboard communications within the ship. Any idea what kind of vessel it came from, or if it really is what I am told it is?

What is the value of each item?

EDIT: ok it appears its a WW2 era tank prism periscope unit. Worth $15-25 bucks. disappointing kinda....

The first thing is a part of a m-6 parascope it was used on tanks during ww2 like the sherman. I have the same problem its not complete. Look on ebay you can buy complete ones for about 25 euros
