    Hi was thinking the other week its been nearly a year since hearing from a house clearance guy i deal with.Well on friday i got a call out of the blue a box of medals was found in a clearance in a loft.Group of medals name on the police medal Inspector Archbald E Shepherd they came with an Royal Engineers cap badge two little medals One for shooting the Craster Shield B.COY R.E.1926 LCPL SHEPHERD and FIELDWORK SAPR A SHEPHERD 60 PARTY T.B.R.E Love to find out more about this guy sure he was a career soldier having joined up early and also have 4 pips wonder if they were his? Also in the box was a Royal fleet Reserve medal named to SS.119097(CH.B.1811) G.F.BURY.STO.1.R.F.R. Any help in finding out anything for me id be greatfull please.

    Cheers great info about naval medal love to know more about the ww2 medals must of had a long wartime career having Pacific bar added to his Burma medal.
