Hi, I can tell you that they are United States Naval Aviator wings.

1/20th will mean there is that percentage of silver used in them. Meyer is a well known US maker.

But that is about all I can tell you.

    Cheers, Ade.

Sometimes the marking 1/20 means that the item is 'gold filled' with 1/20 of the total weight being gold (in this case, white gold)

Gold filled is somewhat a misnomer since the outer layer is gold and the inside is base metal (brass typically)

But, the 1/20 should have a following mark as in 1/20 w.g. or 1/20 g.f. where w.g. means white gold and g.f. means gold filled.

Check for other marks and they may give the answer. These markings are based on jeweler's practice more than any military requirement.
