This seabag was given to me by GW Berry. Berry served in the USMC in WW2. We were friends up until his death a few years ago. While I was visiting him before his death he told me he had a seabag in the attic. He gave it to me and I thought it would be a nice thing to show the board.
His helmet, top part of his back back, straps, rope, tent pegs, mess kit, canteen, wool cap and belt from his winter greens, a large sew on patch of the anchor and globe, and a brass belt buckle he purchased at the PX.
