Watch FOB? Philippine cities

Hi, new to the forum. Would like to know if anyone knows what this is or when it is from. All of the engravings are cities in the Philippines. Found this at a yard sale and thought it was very interesting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. The images are at this link: Imageshack - imgp0436as.jpg. Lisa, Looks like WWII Trench Art from a soldier who went through the Philippines. Probably American. I Like it! Very well done and a Way cool piece,for sure! Not worth enough to quit your day job, but certainly collectable! Nice find! William
