I do not think this has any connection to Nazi Germany. The swastika is reversed.

I do not know what it is.

The swastika was a common symbol in many cultures and was used extensively arounf the world as a logo and charm symbol. This included use by the Swedish Electric Company, the Boy Scouts, Hindus, Native Americans etc. It disappeared from common usage in the 30s due to the negative connotations associated with the rise of the Nazi party in the 1930s.

Maybe it's Martin Bormanns sandwich box ...not very helpful I know but I just had to say it ...but as the other guys said the Swastika was regarded as lucky symbol by many cultures prior to its use in Germany....

hola soy pedro de argentina , las fotos que posteaste son de una lata de nafta que pertenecio a la marca energina, una marca sub contaratada de shell, comercialisaban combustibles en nuestro pais aproximadamente entre los años 1920 y 1930 ,la confusion co la svastica es porque , la misma no solo es un simbolo adoptado por el partido nazi sino que tambien simbolisa a el sol y la energia, simbolo de esta marca de combustibles "ENERGINA" , incluso si te fijas y comparas la svastica que se ve en la lata se imprimia al reves de como posteriormente la adopto alemania.Luego de comensar la segunda guerra la marca y su logo desaparecio de argentina y solo quedo shell, Es comun que cuando aparesen estas latas o los globos de vidrio de los surtidores de esa epoca, se las confundan con material pertenesiente a el regimen nazi, pero lamentablemente nada tienen que ver, si te sirve de referencia en canal trece no hace mucho salio un informe sobre la llegada de submarinos alemanes a costas argentinas, una de las pruebas que ponian fueron restos de latas como la que vos mostras, pero luego tuvieron que desmentir el rumor publicamente, cualquier cosa te aserco mas info , saludos PEDRO DARBON

i think its an old garbidge container whit the buttom missing
only you need to find is a plastic bag whit same swastika and there you go

Looks like a rusting piece of metal with some embossed markings on it to me.

But that's just my humble opinion.

The symbol really is common. On of the oddest I've found is the 45th Infantry Division had a Swastika on their unit patch However it was changed around WWII.
