Maybe this is Spear of Destiny Hitler's?
Not TR, but probably Indian, as NickW suggests..........

Thanks Guys for such a quick response. I have taken the “THING” to a local gun show and got the same response of being Indian or from an old farm equipment manufacture that used a swastika as company logo. It a cast steel piece and seems out of place as an Indian artifact. I can't imagen what it may have be used for.
Thanks Joe

Try this Wikipedia link it might shed some light on it.

There was another thread here with a similar theme. It was a wire fence tightener w/ the swazi logo on it from Scotland. Also it could be Mugal ( early ottomann), possibly a spear head.IMO. Good luck and strange item! It's always good to have something in your collection that makes people go,"HUH?!" I like it. I also liked the "spear of destiny" comment too!LOL!

I remember seeing something somewhere about a tool and farm equipment manufacturer in the early 1900's that used that sort of thick, bold swastika as it's emblem. What it is exactly, I have no idea, but I am fairly certain that it's not German or even military-related for that matter.
Thanks for your inputs. It appears to be a tool to me. But I can imagine what it used for.
Thanks
Joe
