is it pre 1918 original Austrian Field Kappe?
if no, what is it?

It looks like it might be, the bottom photo looks like it might be 29 I.R. 1918 or 1916, but it difficult to see, a better photo of that stamp would help. Usually, reproductions have stamps that are easier to read.

I'd say it was a fake. The stamps are totally wrong and are seen in other fake items. I recently saw this same style (font) markings in a fake German spiked helmet cover.
