    Default Austrian Infantry Officer's Saber - Model 1861

    I'm only a WWII collector but I purchased this old austrian saber without sccabard, and I have some questions about it.

    Is this blade made from true damascus or this effect is atificially made?

    Is the squirrel near crossguard an old Eickhorn trade mark?

    One idea about it's value?
