Why you asked about some belt buckles if are good or not? If you are a young collector without experience ok...., but if you are a producer of fake buckles.....
Sorry in this austrohungarian is NOTHING good!!
I would say it is modern, as well...

It appears that both are current reproductions. The buckles would fool nearly any collector they are so well done.
