Hi Chaps, I've been buying a few variants of the Austro Hungarian Commemorative Cross for Mobilization 1912-13 (Balkan Wars). They seem to come in 2 basic forms with either raised or indented numbers. As you can see they all have small variations. 3 crosses are bronze/tombak, with the bottom right being late war painted 'kreigsmetal',

    Cheers,

    Richard.

Richard, interesting awards...if a tad unexciting in design ! however, they are historically important and I must say, rarely seen awards. I have no KuK Austro-Hungarian awards in my collection, I am sad to say......Thanks for showing some more of these awards, as I know you have a collection of related KuK medals/awards that you have shown previously.
    Prost ! Steve.

Thanks Steve, I know what you mean; but I must admit I like their simple charm I'll be posting a officers award soon that'll put a different light on KuK medals, Cheers, Richard.
