Austro - Hungarian Flag Top ?
Gentlemen,
What do members think about this, what I take to be a flag top, looking at the fitting fixture the staff must have had a large diameter, hard to imagine that soldiers would have been able to carry it. my main focus, looking at the double - headed eagle I think it could be Austro - Hungarian ? but is it military ? Any information welcome.
