Austro-Hungrian-Polish Saber with folding guard

This just came in with several other swords from the estate of a USAAF veteran.

I'd like to get a more specific attribution for it but I would categorize it for the moment as a Hungarian-Polish-Austrian Saber circa 1800. It's a fine quality sword with an uncommon iron hilt with double-folding stirrup guards locked with springs (one side missing spring), leather and 15 double row, twisted copper wire wrapped grip, rhomboid pommel nut and fanciful flame style langets; 34” curved, fullered blade with gilded diamond, dot and floral design with a sun disk mounted on a pedestal at the ricasso as well as a gilded arrow design along the flat spine; hexagonal cross-section shaped steel scabbard with double rings mounted in beveled ball holders on elliptical bases and a fancy asymmetrical drag.
