Looks like a M1895 to me as well - the upward facing blade is always a good pointet.
OEWG = Österreichische Waffenfabriksgesellschaft [Austrian Arms-Manufacturing Company]
On the opposite side of the blade is an Austrian Eagle property stamp - someone far more wise than me may be able to tell which era it relates to - either Imperial or post WW1.
The four digit number on the cross guard is probably a later addition as these bayonets saw service in a number of East European countries after WW1.
